About | Zurich tango space

The goal of the project is to collaborate with the best tango dancers and teachers, invite them to give workshops in Zurich and together with them develop the courses which will be taught regularly.

The first course of the project is Followers Technique, developed in collaboration with Yanina Quinones, the dancer of unique skill and beauty.

I am happy to establish a collaboration with the Galactic Dance Club, which will be our tango home in Zurich, giving us a chance to embark on this adventure!

About the founder

Inna Khriplovich was always interested in tango. The concept of self expression through a meaningful interaction with another human being was fascinating. After the first lessons she understood that this is a new life direction.

Coming from a high profile classical music background, Inna knew that only solid technique can give her the desired freedom of expression. She started taking workshops, group and private lessons and traveling across Europe to study with such dancers as Maria Ines Bogado, Sebastian Achaval and Roxana Suarez, Sebastian Jimenez and Facundo de la Cruz.

Inna studies tango intensively with Neri Piliu and Yanina Quinones, one of the most recognized tango couples in the world, at their monthly course in Melograno Tango School near Milan, and at Neri and Yanina’s own tango school Corazon al Sur in Salerno.

Inna’s trips to Buenos Aires allowed her to deepen her understanding of the dance through working with such masters of tango as Graciela Gonzalez, Lorena Ermocida and Pancho Martinez Pey.

The need to explore and expand the possibilities of the body took Inna to study classical dance and practice gyrotonic with Hideto Heshiki.

In May 2018 Inna made her debut as a tango violinist in duet with the Argentinian pianist and composer Felipe Slimobich at the Festivalito Primavera Zurich and in Italy.

Inna’s extensive experience as a violin pedagogue gives her a methodical approach to teaching and studying.
